Safety and comfort for the whole family
A family works like a small business: everyone has their own role. With VIAS each person gets access to what they need, while the home always stays safe.
Who sees and does what
Give permanent or temporary access. With the same accessories you can create separate systems, e.g. one for the house and one for the storage room.
Full access
Alarm, video and automation. They receive notifications and grant access to other users.
In charge of one partition
They arm/disarm and control the devices the parents chose, possibly with time limits. They cannot change settings.
Custom permissions
Relatives, cleaning or maintenance: permanent or temporary access only where needed.
A typical system for a detached house
The final list depends on the space. The system builder makes it for you in 2 minutes.
4-channel control panel
For homes and small sites, up to 4 cameras
NFC keypad
Access your place by password. The keypad is easy to use in the darkness: the proximity sensor turns on automatically the LED buttons when somebody is next to the device.
Door/window contact
Detects window/door opening condition
PIRCAM motion detector with camera
The Pircam detects motion in the area and takes a screenshot of the event. IR LED let the device take screenshots in the darkness.
Outdoor siren
The siren will emit a strong 110dBA sound when there is an alert, and flashing red light to inform the neighbours.
Smoke detector
Detect smoke and fire
Water leak detector
Detects floods or water leaking
Roller shutter module
Control motorized blinds and curtains
More than an alarm
- Notified the moment a door or window opens, and check from the app that everything is closed
- Event video on your phone: see whether it is a real alarm
- Any ONVIF IP camera, or a VIAS solution
- Shutters, lights and heating that follow arming
